shop spotlight | wash with water

Bath time has always been one of our favorite parts of the day, and especially now that we have a new soaking tub, Olivia just LOVES it {girl after my own heart}. She has so much space she doesn't know what to do with it all! I recently discovered Wash with Water, a collection of inspired bath and body products designed from tradition for the modern family -- free of petrochemicals, phthalates, sulfates, parabens, synthetic colors and dyes, TEA, DEA, silicons, PEGS, dairy, egg, oat, GMOs and triclosan. All Wash with Water products are also 100% vegan and cruelty free.

Wash with Water offers four different lines of products, including (1) Barenaked Babydoll, (2) Sweetpea & Me, (3) Yummy Tubby, and (4) A Star is Born. Their award-winning hair and skincare was designed to improve the look, feel and health of skin for all children and ethnicities with luxury ingredients like Moroccan Argan Oil. They offer thoughtfully curated gift sets, specialty items and even subscription memberships.

The Barenaked Babydoll certified organic collection is the ultimate newborn experience designed with the best natural ingredients to cleanse, hydrate, and protect sensitive skin without the use of harsh chemicals. Infused with Moroccan Argan Oil, Barenaked Babydoll 2-in-1 foam, wash, and bar are 100% natural to support the health and development of baby’s delicate skin. A fan favorite for lil ones with eczema, cradle cap, or keratosis pilaris.

The Sweetpea & Me collection is where make believe becomes a reality. Sweetly scented with floral notes just like a baby, this bath time line captures everything that is pure and beautiful with youth. Sweetpea & Me celebrates a nourishing combination of Argan Oil and calendula, keeping baby’s skin looking beautiful from head to toe. Rich in Vitamin E and vital antioxidants, it won’t be long before the entire family is borrowing from baby.

The Yummy Tubby collection, simply said, is big on fun. Inspired by the child in all of us, Yummy Tubby taps into the power of Mother Nature. Yummy Tubby offers richly moisturizing bath time by combining hypoallergenic vegetable oils and extracts (such as organic Coconut, Olive Jojoba, organic Aloe Vera, and organic Rosemary) and the extraordinary skin benefits of nutrient rich Argan Oil.

Born from the best organic botanicals on earth, A Star is Born has the power to transform the look of skin. Luxuriously light, this signature line delivers incredible skin benefits with nourishing ingredients like nutrient-rich Moroccan Argan Oil, Roman Chamomile and Orange Blossom.

Stephanie sent us a package with a variety of her products so I was able to try out each line individually. We absolutely loved them all, from how they smelled to how soft Olivia's skin was after using them. Even though she's nearly two, I still loved using the Barenaked Babydoll Shampoo and Body Wash for her, since it is scent-free and perfect for sensitive skin.

When we are in the mood for something with a hint of fragrance, I reach for the Sweetpea & Me Shampoo and Body Wash, which is lightly floral scented. It also contains calendula, which has been a   favorite ingredient of mine to use on Olivia since birth. We've also enjoyed the Yummy Tubby Shampoo & Body Bar, which is perfect for on the go travel with your little ones. It is compact making it easy to pack and perfect for flights since liquid restrictions are crazy these days!

Finally, because no matter your little one's age, they're never too old for a sweet massage after bath time, we love using our A Star is Born Massage Cream. It is so luxuriously soft and not only does Olivia love when I rub it on her skin, but she sticks her little fingers in it and tries to rub it on mine! Girl knows what's good.

We have been so happy with the products we've tried and I know I will continue to use them when we bring home our sweet baby girl in a few short months. There are so many questionable products on store shelves right now marketed toward families with babies and young children, and I feel so good about what I am putting on my daughter's skin when it comes from Wash with Water. The name says it all -- their products aren't filled with harsh chemicals, dyes or fragrances, but rather all natural ingredients that have been made in the USA, as if all you're using on your little one during bathtime is water!

  1. I would choose products from the barenaked baby doll since I have an 11 month old little girl and another baby girl due in less than 4 weeks! So this would be perfect for them! :)

  2. I would love the Bakrenaked Babydoll collection for my 16 month old little lady!

  3. Bare naked baby doll for us too! I love the simple labeling and that the products are so safe!!

  4. Bare naked Babydoll collection as well, 19 month old little one here ❤️ I just love the packaging of washwithwater

  5. I'm due with my first in August and have been searching high and low for products without all the chemicals. So hard to find:( This brand, especially the Barenaked Babydoll line, looks like a product I should definitely try!

  6. I'd chose the A Star Is Born line! Argan oil, roman chamomile, and Orange blossom?! Yum! I've been eyeing the Triple Crown Spray!...for baby and for me! I've tead it's amazing on skin and hair.

  7. On my goodness, Wash with Water has been my weakness since I found them on Instagram before I even knew I was pregnant. But I'm am so stuck on which line I would choose. Probably Barenaked Babydoll since we are expecting our very first baby and my skin is incredible sensitive and the complete opposite of his Daddy's, I'm incredibly curious what our little guys skin will be like.
