This week, I am thrilled to share with all of you a beautiful collection of handmade ceramic jewelry that is as visually stunning as it is unique.
Natasha -- the owner and talented designer & creator of all the jewelry she sells -- has been making jewelry since she was a young girl. At the age of 10, she made her first beaded bracelet and fell in love with the process of creating jewelry.
Now a mom of three, she has a passion for taking a basic lump of clay and turning it into something beautiful -- a one of a kind pottery piece that can be worn casually or dressy, for any and every occasion!
What the Natasha J Collection is known for: Handmade ceramic jewelry -- one of a kind pieces with exquisite attention to detail and in a wide variety of beautiful and vibrant colors; ceramic cuffs, rings, earrings and necklaces, all designed and handmade in Natasha's home studio in Cincinnati, Ohio.
What Caught My Eye: The vibrant colors offered, the incredible attention to detail in each piece, and the overall uniqueness of the ceramic style.
What sets NJC apart: Natasha is truly creating works of art through her jewelry; each piece is designed and made by hand in her home and because of this, each piece maintains its own individuality throughout the entire process. Natasha begins by rolling out slabs of clay and stamping & cutting them into her desired shapes. She then has to let the pieces dry completely before the first firing, called a bisque firing. Next she hand glazes each piece with a paint brush and then does a 2nd firing, called a glaze firing. After all that, they are ready to be made into wearable jewelry.
My Favorite Products: Anything turquoise completely has me swooning these days, so naturally all her turquoise pieces, especially the cuffs (available here). Quality & Craftsmanship: I honestly cannot get enough of this necklace! I don't wear many necklaces because Olivia loves to get her tiny hands on them as soon as I put them on, but this has been my go-to accessory since it arrived in the mail a few weeks ago! It is so beautifully made and I love how simple and yet how elegant it is. It is made by hammering paddle style brass wire and hanging each hammered piece on an antique bronze chain. Surely a piece you will not find anywhere else.
Overall Appearance: This necklace has just the right amount of shine and matte to it; I love the antique look of it and how the smooth hammered bronze pieces hang on a richly textured chain; I love the juxtaposition of smooth & textured that it offers.
Value: This necklace is sold for $56.00 and for a stunning piece that so much time and energy has been put into, I can't believe Natasha doesn't sell it for twice the price! I have worked PT in fine jewelry sales for 5+ years at multiple retailers and high quality metal necklaces are rarely less than $80-$90.
Recommendation: I wear this casually with a t-shirt and jeans and I've worn it with a fancy black top and lace sweater with heels! The versatility it offers as well as the unique beauty it adds to any outfit leads me to recommend this piece so highly -- for both yourself and for a gift! It would make a beautiful gift for Mother's Day as well.

Quality & Craftsmanship: The process that goes into making this piece come alive is just incredible and the craftsmanship shows in every detail the eye can see, from the intricate detail, the bold color, to the hand-stamped texture and smooth finish.
Overall Appearance: This oval cuff is as vibrant in person as it is in photographs; it is a piece that can stand alone on your arm and that adds the perfect pop of color to any outfit.
Value: Priced at $45.00, I think the value for a piece of this handcrafted nature is excellent!
